More than 98% of our 27,000 articles are constantly available in our sophisticated warehouse. The perfect coordination of the Incoming Goods and Shipping department, including the handling of warranty claims and returns, facilitates the swift processing of your order and ensures that the ordered goods will reach you in perfect condition.
Incoming goods
The 24 employees working here ensure that all articles are readily available for dispatch, as they quickly and carefully place them in storage as soon as the articles are received in our warehouse.
Their tasks are:
• Acceptance of all deliveries made by suppliers
• Identification and allocation
• Storing and stockpiling
• Warehouse maintenance and optimization
Shipping
When we receive your order, a team of 50 employees sees to it that the ordered goods will reach you as soon as possible. They work with modern semi-automatic packing stations.
Thus, every day up to 2,200 consignments leave our house – by overnight express, parcel service or forwarding agent. |
